Sean matriculated from King David High School Linksfield and obtained his BA (Law and International Relations) and LLB degrees from the University of the Witwatersrand.

After completing his articles within the commercial department of a large firm in Johannesburg, he was admitted as an attorney in June 2021. He continued to work as an associate in Johannesburg focusing primarily on commercial litigation prior to moving to Cape Town in February 2023.

Sean joined our firm Norman, Wink & Stephens as an associate in April 2024 forming part of the commercial litigation department. He has quickly established himself as a skilled legal practitioner with a sharp focus on delivering results for his clients.

He practices in a diverse range of commercial disputes (with experience in both the High Court, Magistrates Court as well as arbitration and mediation proceedings), including the following:

  • Contractual and company disputes;
  • Debt recovery;
  • Damages, including medico-legal claims;
  • Insolvency proceedings;
  • Insurance disputes;
  • General dispute resolution.
