Rebecca Merryweather

Rebecca matriculated from Springfield Convent and obtained her BA(Law) and LLB from the University of Stellenbosch, and was admitted as an attorney in 2018.

After completing her articles at a large general services law firm in Cape Town, Rebecca joined a small dedicated Family Law practice where she gained valuable experience in a variety of family law matters, including extensive experience in the Maintenance Court, the Children’s Court and the Domestic Violence Court.

Rebecca joined Norman, Wink & Stephens in January 2022 as an associate working in the family law department under Elana.

Rebecca has a keen interest in mediation and is currently on her way to becoming a FAMAC accredited mediator.
