James Ives

James matriculated from St John’s College in Johannesburg in 2019 and went on to complete his BCom Law and LLB degrees at Stellenbosch University.

In 2025, James commenced his articles with Norman, Wink & Stephens, working under the guidance of Bruce Stephens in the commercial litigation department. James has developed a strong interest in commercial litigation and dispute resolution, while also seeking to broaden his expertise across the firm’s other practice areas including. company law, contract law and labour law.
